I’m Michiyo Yagisawa, an Art Director and designer with a hybrid identity of Japanese and Brooklyn influences. I have been in the beauty & fashion industry over 48% of my life from Tokyo to Shanghai and now in New York. 

Currently ED @EsteeLauder, focusing primarily on 360 content creation and ownership of our skincare franchises. My role is to help bring EL vision to life through all creative disciplines.  

Previously DesignDirector @ToryBurch @MacCosmetics @Coach, leading their APAC digital creative teams keeping up with the latest news and developments in social channels like WeChat, TMALL, LINE and Kakao Talk as well as e-com sites.
